•BOTH must be 62 and retired.

•Down payment/Intent to return fee                                                                       $300.00

•Outside refrigerator – Only one per site.                                                              $125.00

We reserve the right to check sheds for fridges.

•Moving a trailer to a site                                                                                        $100.00

•Trailer Winterization                                                                                               $100.00**

•Honey Dipping                                                                                                        $10.00

•Winter Storage – Must be PAID by Labor Day                                                      $200.00

               **Winter storage applies to any camper, deck, or shed left on site for the winter

•Daily Visitation – Per Person (No charge for children under 18)                            $5.00    

                                           

•Overnight visits in your trailer – per person, per night                                           $10.00

•Any site left unattended regarding their lawn, will be charged 

for us to mow it                                                                                                         $30.00

•Your campsite is for your immediate family only. That is your Mother, Father, and any Unmarried Children that live at your home only. There is NO SUBLETTING.

•There will be an additional charge for any camper whose toilet (upon being pumped) tears up the impeller on the pump. The fee will be $30.00, over the above the regular fee of $10.00 for being pumped.
